9. Heartbreak Warfare - John Mayer.

Most heartbreaking lyrics: Drop his name / Push it in and twist the knife again / Watch my face as I pretend to feel no pain, pain, pain...
10. Break Away - Tokio Hotel.

Annie's Top Ten Heartbreak Songs (Part Two)

Hi, it's Annie again~
Aaaaaaaaand I'm back with Part Two of Top Ten Heartbreak Songs.

6. Like We Used To - A Rocket To The Moon.

Most heart wrenching lyrics: Does he watch your favorite movies? / Does he hold you when you cry?
*sigh* The piano version hits me real hard in the gut. It's just so sad.

7. I Hate Everything About You - Three Days Grace.

Best pissed off lyrics: I hate everything about you / Why do I love you? / You hate everything about me / Why do you love me?
And of course, we need a rage song. Just to get over those lingering sad feelings, right? WE NEED TO PUNCH THAT JERK IN THE FACE AND LET HIM BLEED ALL OVER HIS EXPENSIVE PERSIAN CARPET.

Oh, have I mentioned that I've been getting into League of Legends lately? Add me: bitterism. I play mainly Annie, Warwick and Sivir now. Hehe. <3

Sorry, this is really short. I just had to post something after a week of inactivity.

Until next time.
Ja ne~!

Entertainment - Phoenix

I'll take the trouble that you have in mind.

Yo everyone. It's Annie.

The song: Entertainment by Phoenix.

Why I like it: It's got this awesome semi-Asian vibe. That combined with some electro is DA BOMB. (If you've watched the Korean drama Beethoven Virus, you will understand this. Go Mr. Yongki Bay!

A little bit about Phoenix: Originating from Versailles, France, vocalist Thomas Mars, bassist Deck d'Arcy (what a badass name. oh my~), and guitarists Christian Mazzalai and Laurent Brancowitz formed to make an alternative rock band that has been active since 1999. They are categorized as alternative rock, synthpop and new wave artists.

Why I like Phoenix: This is a stupid reason, but their accents are so awesome. Haha. Also, their band's "vibe" is unique.

Listen to the song. It gives me shivers (the good kind).

Until next time.
I heard it all before I died, before I knew you.

Bruno Mars and The Red Hot Chili Peppers at Super Bowl XLVIII

Good fucking job, guys.

For such a boring, one-sided Super Bowl with cheesy commercials, the halftime performance is most likely going to be known as the greatest one of all time. As the game dragged on through the 1st half, I heavily anticipated the performance. Bruno and The Red Hot Chili Peppers exceeded my expectations by a huge margin. Between the James Brown dancing, drum solos, and shirtless jumping, this really was a stellar halftime performance, and a lot better than uh, last year's performance.

Also, the pyrotechnics, lighting, and special effects were all astonishing. There were lights and beams everywhere, sudden light flares, complete darkness, and fireworks that shot from the rim of the stadium. Yes, you heard me, the rim of the stadium. Even though everything else about the Super Bowl was lacking, this really stood out, and will be unforgettable for me.

Scars - SayWeCanFly

It's not you, but this world you should hate. You're as beautiful as you were yesterday.

Hey everyone, it's Annie again.

Ah, this song is just beautiful.
It makes me cry, but encourages me to keep living.
I do realize how corny that sounds, but this song applies to me so much that it hurts.

The song: Scars by SayWeCanFly.

Why I like it: The lyrics are amazing. The raw emotion in Braden Barrie's voice is touching and heartbreaking at the same time.

A little bit about SayWeCanFly: SayWeCanFly is an acoustic one-man band featuring Braden Barrie, an emotional singer whose music serves to reconnect the world with each other on an emotional level. He hails from Ontario, Canada. Barrie says, "I want everyone to know that no matter what you are going through, someone on this earth understands."
He's been touring for about two to three years now, and HE WAS ON THE VANS WARPED TOUR. AHHHHHH~
Barrie has been featured in Alternative Press Magazine and the PureVolume website.

(What he says is really touching, you know? People ask how you're doing, or what the problem is, but not as many people ask, "How can I help?" Even less people say that they empathize with you. Anger and triteness is our shield and protection from being hurt again.)

Why I like SayWeCanFly: Braden Barrie's lyrics connect with me on an emotional level. Not just skimming the surface, but digging deep inside.
One terrible day, I was feeling like crap and actually wanted to die. You see, I get bullied at school. Yeah. There it is. I've cut and had suicidal thoughts because of that. But my sister (not biologically, because I only have a biological little brother) sent me this song - Scars by SayWeCanFly. I listened to it and it made me feel so much better.
The lyrics, the portrayal in the music video - it all got to me on an emotional level.

I love you, Braden Barrie. Thank you so much.

Yeah, I love you, the reader, too. :D

Watch the video. :)

Until next time, everyone.
See ya.
And those tears in your eyes are the product of lies. You've been lead to believe that they're true.
